NOTICE TO CUSTOMER PURCHASING A NEW PRINTER,

LCD Monitor (Screen), LAPTOP or DIGITAL CAMERAS

 Please take note that when you unpack your product that somewhere in the documentation that you receive with your peripheral item there will be instructions as to where your Printer or Laptop or LCD would have to be returned in event that any need arises for repairs during your warranty period.  

Most manufacturers include their Toll Free contact number, and website information on documents included in the box, this paperwork should be kept by you until your warranty period is no longer valid.  

Nipawin Computer Solutions is not a licensed repair depot for any of the printer or laptop companies, such depots are usually in the larger cities in Canada , and as such we would not be able to assist you with any warranty repairs.  We however, would assist you with the necessary contact information should you misplace your paperwork.  

Support for your printer or laptop software is free during its warranty period, as such should you should have questions regarding the software supporting your product or issues related to operating your unit, it is advisable to speak to your product expert on the Toll Free Support Line offered to you by these companies.  We at Nipawin Computers however, knowledgeable about most computer related issues unfortunately do not know every software program provided with the many, many, many products on the market today.  

Please note that this does not mean that we do not endorse our customer service excellence at all times, and the excellent reputations of the companies we represent, it simply means that your warranty would not be covered if we worked on machines during the warranty period, for such repairs you need to send your machine to an appointed Canon, HP or Brother, Acer etc. repair depot.
